Santa or Satan?
Children of the last century till today have been told from an early age that there is someone who "knows when you are sleeping, he knows when you're awake, he knows when you've been bad or good, so be good for goodness sake." One day that child's "god" (for indeed only the Lord God knows these things) is discovered to be non-existent. When a child is 6, 7 or 8 he finds out he has been lied to by his parents and society. Their faith crumbles and a sacred trust is broken. Their parent represents the authority and security to which their very lives depend and they find out now that there is not a jolly, fat Santa Clause with attributes as God.
There it comes, listen to it! The Devil has just now destroyed a belief in one who
"knows when you are sleeping, awake, bad or good, etc.!" Now you take that same child
to Sunday School and Church services expecting them to believe in another who knows
all about them. What would any of us expect of a child whose faith and trust was
already attacked with such deception.
Our whole nation is filled right now with a generation of young people in rebellion to authority of all kinds, especially rebellion toward God. They are on that broad road which leads to destruction and eternal Hell!
Oh, that those who profess to be the blood-bought children of the King of Kings
would warn, expose, and take a stand against these lies. Dear Reader, if you have
any involvement in such a deception repent of it.
Offend not one of these little
ones for their very souls eternal destiny is at stake. "But whoso shall offend one
of these little ones which believe in me, it where better for him that a millstone
were hanged about his neck, and that he drowned in the depth of the sea." (Matt.
18:6).
The worship of Santa Claus is a sin of idolatry likened to that of witchcraft. Who
is the god of this world? The Lord God of the Bible has revealed Himself as God,
but there is another whom the Lord ascribes the title of "The god of this world".
"In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not,
lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should
shine unto them." (II Cor. 4:4). To millions of people and religions, he is their
god, though , in reality, he is not God at all. His other titles are: Satan, The
Deceiver, That Evil One. These names are given him by God.
In man's rebellion against God, he has set up for himself other gods. All over this
world billions of people are worshipping thousands of false gods, who are, in truth,
demons or Satan himself. Do most people who do such realize that Satan, the great
deceiver, is indeed the author of these false deities? I think not!
Indeed, the Devil has done such a good job in his work of deception that the vast
majority of men, women and children do not believe that the Devil exists. They have
cartooned him as a mythical, horned and forked-tailed boogie man and in that lies
his opportunity to have people succumb to the powers that are his.
It is this principle that lies at the belief system of Santa Claus, S-A-N-T-A with
a juggle of letters spells...S-A-T-A-N!!! Just a coincidence? What about Claus? C-L-A-U-S
with a juggle spells...L-U-C-A-S. Lucas is considered a short term for Lucifer by
those who worship Satan. This is to be confirmed in that 1929 a then already strong
New Age organization which called itself Lucifer Trust was changed to Lucas Trust.
Why? Deception!!! SANTA CLAUS = SATAN LUCAS. I'm sure that the Devil is very pleased
with his deception, but God is not!
We all have had our part in Satan's deception as children. Then later when we got a little religion we got a bigger dose of it. Be sure of it, religion is of the devil and man-made. Religion is a "works system" of salvation which lies to us and tells us that, get this .."be good for goodness sake". Heard it before?
None of us can be saved by religious works, such as baptism, church membership, Sacraments,
by cleaning your life up and certainly not by being good! "Knowing that a man is
not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we
have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ,
and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified
(Gal. 2:16).
"Not by works of righteousness which we have not, but according to his mercy he saved
us, by the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Ghost. (Titus 3:15).
Can we blame it all on the devil? Certainly not! Sure, he is the author of the lie
and the father of it, but we shall all have to give an account of ourselves to God.
"So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God." (Rom.14:12).
We do not have to wait till this next Christmas to realize and remember how the families and children of our nations give glory and honor to Santa Claus when indeed the Lord and Saviour is all but left out. As a matter of fact, post cards which have been dated back to the close of the 18th century already had X-MAS as its greeting. Where is Christ in that?
All this evidence of blasphemy against God! It has been presented in various media. Probably now most strongly on TV, movies and advertising. We need not deal here with the commercialism of it all, I believe it is all too obvious, Christmas has become a moneymaking racket by the world.
There is a movie presentation of Santa Claus which in the last few years has been
seen on TV. At its very start, a man who 100 years before had died while saving another
is now glorified to angelic-type status; possessing powers of miracle-like nature.
At the onset we see this glorified man being summoned by a voice from heaven. Guess
who? You know it...Santa Claus. To make a long story short,
Santa sets up a grand miracle of life, death, and mock resurrection, in order that the unbelieving mother might once again believe as a child in Santa Claus and have the Christmas spirit! What happened? Has all the world become so God rejecting that we are now worshipping Santa Claus?
